		<description>June 21, 2010: Whilst the government have started savage cut-backs in the Public Sector to Welfare and National Health (10&#039;s of 1&#039;000&#039;s will become unemployed) to name but two organisations in an attempt at reducing spending due to the currant recession, their reduction or stopping of grants to Quangoes have not yet bourne fruit. Plas-y-Brenin still receiving it&#039;s half a million in grants per annum from English Sport with which to compete in the open market that is Outdoor Pursuits.</description>
